macaroni and cheese

I haven't been doing a lot lately. Mostly spending time watching Chuck and waiting for Fringe's next episode to come out while surfing Tumblr. Other than that, I do what I normally do every other day. I have piano on Tuesday, art class and Mr Chan's on Thursday. I wash my hair almost every morning now that I have the time. I haven't been eating dinner and now I have the tendency to ignore the calls I receive. It doesn't really matter anyway. December is coming, and 2011 will come approaching in a bit. I will then have bigger and more important things to worry about then. Honestly though, I think this year's holidays feel a lot better than last year. I know how desperate I was to go out last year but this year, not really. I'd rather stay home, watch a movie (or two) and drink lots of hot, strong tea. But it's as sad as it gets. Nobody's home. Only me, the netbook, the BlackBerry and food. Not to mention, the textbooks which I have yet to re-wrap when I feel like it. Haha. I'm a bad procrastinator, I know.

And as far as studying is concerned, I did indices and log at Mr Chan's the other day and we ended up talking about lots of things. That always happens when you're around Mr Chan and two other awesome people who can make you forget your worries. And Mr Chan is really awesome and filled with quirks. For instance, he enjoys fractions and he told us that he has about 80+ white t-shirts which he wears all the time. He plays badminton, and he makes me love Chemistry even more than I already do. He's great for advice too. All in all, I'd love to grow up to become someone like him one day.

Oh. Did you hear? I've finally decided to become a litigator or maybe major purely in History. Damn right I have. It's crazy though. I can imagine me standing up in front of the judge's desk, in court, questioning witnesses, fighting for my client. Yeah, the thought scares me but oh well. I bet I'll do a fine job one day. I might end up becoming a judge. My grand-uncle was a police and one day he looked at me and said that I could become a judge because I have that stern face. It's true. Well, whatever it is, I know I'll succeed in my life.

Hm. All rise for the honourable judge, Mrs Khadijah. Ewah

eh eh eh

My vuvuzela has just arrived from South Africa. Yeyuh. Mum has a friend in South Africa and she bought it/helped buy it (?) for me. I actually jumped up and about in the kitchen when I saw it. But, I don't actually know what I'm planning on doing with it but I feel like drawing on it using colourful Sharpies.

But whatever it is, I HAVE MY VUVUZELA DAMN RIGHT.

All my effort paid off. I PASSED MY RAEs, bloody hell! Haha! Okay. Now. Apparatus assignment. Damn right.

Case-Mate

Not the one I want but seeing as I can't find the Incipio ones. And it's selling for RM79. Ugh. I don't know whether or not I should get this. But I'm getting annoyed with it restarting every time it hits a surface too hard.

*pulls hair*

Fish-eye and macro/wide-angle lenses for phone pics with a punch
I want one from Photojojo, s'il te plait.

Firefly

Because my Canon is somehow in Error 99, I have to make do with the Storm. Oh yes, did I mention I got the Storm already? Haha. Slap me please. I need to release my bimboness. Anyway, on with the flight. Well, I woke up at 5 something after a 2-hour sleep because I watched Fringe (teehee) and we went out of the house around 6 something. Reached Subang airport, mum dropped us off, dad bought a padlock for my bad, I loitered and found Starbucks and bought hazelnut hot chocolate and we checked in. Had breakfast at McDonalds and we went to the departure gate. Everything was set, and we took off. Suddenly in mid-flight, the captain came on saying that the plane had a minor technical error and that we will be turning back around to land. That was 9 am. A few minutes later, as I was happily watching the 1996 version of Romeo + Juliet, they said that the flight would be delayed until 12 pm. Great. Just fruitcaking great. Lucky Tok Wak and Tok Bik lived around the area so we dropped by, ate doughnuts, watched Azizul Hasni Awang kick ass and went back to the airport. When we reached the airport, over the departure gate there was the pretty LED sign thing, and it said that our flight was at 1.30 pm. Lagi fruitcake kan?

In the end, we got restless and we all slept soundly on the plane. When we landed, there were already dark clouds in the sky. As soon as I entered the terminal, it started raining. Great timing.

And now, I have the sniffles. Ugh.

Incipio

Because, I'd love one of these pretty cases. The Storm enjoys turning itself off all the time, it's getting annoying. Well, lets see if I can find something like this in Alor Setar. If I can't, I'll just get a Case Mate from Mudah then.

And yeah, I finally got the Storm. I think it's a guy. Haha.

November 12, 2010

um, well

Is this okay? Haha. I'm being so self-conscious right now. Usually I'm not but because this would be my first time in a skirt. ASDASDASDASD.

Kill me now.

like, i know right?

Exams are finally over. Thank God. Even so, I still have one more paper: art. That's on Monday though. Still. I'm not in the mood. I wonder why they couldn't have gotten it over and done with tomorrow. I bet I'll lose my mood somewhere along the next few days. Imagine: tomorrow we'll only be going to school to return our text books, on Saturday I have the koperasi hi-tea then later in the evening I have the Keramat campfire down in Padang Tembak. I feel disorganized right now. Ugh *pulls hair*

At least for now though, I can sleep peacefully. Can't wait to see Mr Chan later tonight and cry to him about Chemistry and Add Maths. Haha. Pathetic, I know.

C'est belle non?

I miss speaking French. I think I just might start again next year. Or in the nearest time. I miss babbling so fast that no one understands what I'm saying. I think French always comes out ever so prettily no matter what. You could be cursing and yet, no one would know.
Ah, je t'aime, Fran├žaise.

there'll be a light in the hall and a key under the mat if you ever come back, there'll be a smile on my face and the kettle on and it will be just like you were never gone

Biology

As I was studying Biology last night, I swear I felt as though my brain wasn't there and someone took my head away and yanked all the hair out. I felt so light headed and wounded up by the fact that the invitations for the hi-tea wasn't printed yet (I blame our sucktastic lazerjet) and that I hadn't studied that much for ANYTHING. I tried to sleep but I couldn't. I felt even more light-headed and restless than ever. Whined to Izzat, and wounded up falling asleep around 2 am and I had a nightmare. I was admitted to the hospital because I had a concussion or something and they kept giving me pain killers which made me sleep and gave me dreams and, mind you, this was inside my dream. Ugh. Izzat was admitted to the hospital too. He was hit real bad on the jaw. Lots of blood but right now I can only remember bits and pieces of the dream. All in all, it was scary and confusing and I woke up just now at about 5 am feeling even more let-me-pull-my-hair-out than ever.

If this is what anxiousness does to you then it's just downright crazy. Right. Crazy.

November 7, 2010

what's up Google maps?

I think this made me laugh the hardest. Second was when Ihsan posted something on Twitter saying "Boobs like coffee filters...#WTF". I was laughing like, ASDASDASDASDASD! And well, it's good to be laughing about crap every now and then isn't it?

Okay. Back to Biology. Last week of exams. Ugh *die*

right now:

I feel saddy poo now.

Kate Moss for Topshop

I have never really fancied anything from Topshop, mainly because of the price and sometimes the materials and the cutting of the dress etc is not really to my satisfaction (ceh, as if I know anything about all that huh), but this collection looks pretty.

November 3, 2010

Finally, a sneak peek at the skirt for the hi-tea. I thought of just wearing a plain long-sleeved t-shirt with it but then Yusof bought this awesome shirt (pictured above) and I was thinking of pairing it with a blazer.

Yes? No?
